Refund & Return Policy

All Flappies are made to order, so each set is custom-produced for you. Because of this, returns and refunds are only accepted in limited circumstances as outlined below.

Change of Mind / Wrong Size

Please choose carefully before placing your order.
We do not accept returns or issue refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Ordering the wrong size or design

  • Dissatisfaction with colour variation or print tone

Our products are printed in CMYK, while screens display colour in RGB. Some variation between your screen and the final print is normal and not considered a defect.

Quality & Visual Tolerance

We stand behind the quality of our prints, but as with any printed product, small variations can occur.

Minor imperfections such as slight overspray, minor blur, or small variations in alignment are acceptable within normal manufacturing tolerances. Similar to industry standards, if a minor issue is not clearly visible when viewed from a normal distance of two metres or more, it is considered acceptable.

Each set is designed to look its best when installed on your vehicle — not for close-range inspection while unboxed.

Defects, Damage, or Incorrect Items

You will be eligible for a refund or replacement if:

  • Your product arrives damaged or defective

  • The print is significantly misaligned, faded, or incorrect

  • You received the wrong item

If this occurs, please contact us at support@flappies.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order.
Include clear photos showing the issue and your order number. We’ll assess the situation and arrange a replacement or refund if appropriate.

Return Process

If your return is approved:

  1. You will be responsible for return shipping costs.

  2. Items must be returned unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging.

  3. Once received and inspected, an approved refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first — unapproved returns will not be accepted.
