Bolt the frames on — once
This troopy runs them front and rear. Frames mount to the guard or moulding behind each wheel; the fixings for that bit are BYO because every guard is different — a few self-tappers or bolts to suit from Bunnings does it. Expect to drill a couple of holes and have a bit of a tinker to get them sitting right.

Frames don't come with the screws that hold them to your car
The nuts, bolts and washers that hold the flap to the frame are in the box. The fixings that hold the frame to your guard aren't — every guard is a different shape and material, so one kit can't do them all.
Plan on a quick trip to the hardware store for a handful of self-tappers or bolts to suit, a bit of tinkering to get them sitting right — or shout that handy mate a beer to whack them on for you. Every car is different, so there's no one kit of hardware that would suit everyone.

Do the frames come with flaps?+
No — frames are just the brackets. Pick any design in the frame cut ($110 a set of 2) and it slides straight in. Order both together and you're on the road in one go.
Will they fit my car?+
Flappie Frames are designed to fit the majority of 4WD wagons and utes. The drop is adjustable (205–255mm large, 215–250mm Jimny), so there's wiggle room for tyre size and guard height. If in doubt, send a photo of your guard and we'll call it.
Can I run them on the front of my ute?+
That's one of the most common setups — frames on the front guards, sized flaps on the tray. Same designs front and back if you want the matching look.
