At Flappies Automotive, we aim to provide a seamless and reliable shipping experience for all our customers. Please review our shipping policy below for details regarding timelines, costs, and processes.


Important Shipping Information

As a small start-up, we are still ironing out the kinks and working hard to provide the best quality products for our customers. Currently, each Flappie is made to order, meaning we only begin manufacturing after your order has been placed. This meticulous process ensures high-quality results but also means that shipping times are currently longer than usual.

At this stage, please allow up to 30 days for your order to be made and shipped. We are doing everything we can to reduce this timeframe, and our goal is to bring it down to 10-14 days as we scale. We truly appreciate your patience and support while we grow!


Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 2-5 business days.

  • Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing times may be delayed. We will communicate any significant delays via email or the contact information provided with your order.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

  • Standard Shipping: Up to 30 days (Currently extended due to made-to-order process)

  • Future Shipping Goal: 10-14 business days (Australia-wide)

  • Express Shipping: Not currently available due to made-to-order production

For international shipping, delivery estimates may vary depending on your location and customs clearance.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed due to potential delays outside our control, such as customs or courier disruptions.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track the status of your shipment online via the courier’s website.


Shipping Locations

  • We ship Australia-wide and to select international destinations.

  • If your location is not available at checkout, please contact us at support@flappies.com.au to discuss alternative arrangements.


Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Orders)

Flappies Automotive is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (e.g., tariffs, taxes, customs clearance) are the responsibility of the customer.


Shipping Issues and Delays

While we strive for timely delivery, Flappies Automotive is not liable for delays caused by third-party courier services or unforeseen circumstances (e.g., extreme weather, customs delays). If your shipment is delayed or lost, please contact us at support@flappies.com.au, and we will assist in resolving the issue.


Damaged or Lost Items

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please notify us immediately at support@flappies.com.au with your order details and any relevant photos. We will work with the courier to resolve the issue and, if applicable, arrange a replacement or refund.


P.O. Boxes and Parcel Lockers

We ship to residential and business addresses. Deliveries to P.O. boxes and parcel lockers may be restricted depending on the shipping method selected. Please ensure your delivery address is accurate to avoid delays.
